MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICAELA ALVAREZ, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is a motion for summary judgment1 which was filed by name-brand manufacturers, Wyeth, Inc. and Schwarz Pharma, Inc. (collectively *904“Brands”). After considering the motion, response, record, and relevant authorities, the Court GRANTS Brands’ motion for summary judgment in its entirety.
