Welsh v. Premack

This action was brought to recover damages for the breach of a lease upon a certain store building and its premises. At the close of the plaintiff’s evidence the trial court directed a verdict for the defendant. A judgment was entered. Thereafter the plaintiffs moved for a new trial; the motion for new trial was overruled. The plaintiffs have appealed from the order denying motion for new trial and the judgment.
