—In an action for the partition of real property, the defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (G. Aronin, J.), dated March 15, 2000, as granted those branches of the motion of the temporary receiver which were to authorize the payment of a commission in the sum of $76,473.60, and the payment of an attorney’s fee in the sum of $21,585.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof granting that branch of the motion which was to authorize the payment of an attorney’s fee in the sum of $21,585,…
