An information, filed in the district court for Kimball County, charged in substance that on-or about April 21, 1947, in said county, defendant, “a male person of the age of Seventeen years,” did feloniously assault Clara Buddecke, “a female child of the age of seventeen years,” with the intent to commit rape upon her, which acts of defendant were contrary to the form of the statutes made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Nebraska.
