ORDER

JOHN E. WAITES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon Citifinancial Auto Corporation’s (“Citifinancial”) objection to a Chapter 13 plan proposed by Annie M. Turner (“Debtor”). Under the terms of Debtor’s proposed Chapter 13 plan, Debtor intends to treat Citifinaneial’s claim as an unsecured claim. Conversely, Citifinancial contends that its claim should be treated as a secured claim and paid in full under Debtor’s plan. In light of the evidence and legal arguments presented by the parties, the Court makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. 1
