Appeal by the defendant from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County (Hinrichs, J.), dated October 23, 2007, which after a hearing, designated him a level three sex offender pursuant to Correction Law article 6-C.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

The defendant, a teacher, pleaded guilty to rape in the third degree, two counts of criminal sexual act in the third degree, and endangering the welfare of a child, for having sexual relations with a 15-year-old student.
