Plaintiffs Hyeon Soon Cho, Chien Hsing Chung and Chong Jin Lee brought this action on November 8, 2005 1 pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and the New York Labor Law against defendants Koam Medical Services P.C., Soryang Kim, Ace Health Management, Inc., Henry Byun and Jessica Byun, seeking to recover federal and state compensatory and liquidated damages, pre-judgment interest, attorneys’ fees and costs, as authorized by 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) and N.Y.
