Michael Lee Mongeau, proceeding pro se, appeals the district court’s order granting final summary judgment on behalf of Jacksonville Sheriffs officers, Farris, Edmonds, and Gorsage. We affirm.

On September 8, 2003, Michael Mongeau, was arrested following two separate high speed police chases. The first chase began that morning when Mongeau ignored a patrolling officer’s attempts to pull him over. Several other officers joined the pursuit which lasted for over two hours.
