The plaintiff-appellant, the Connecticut Department of Transportation (“Connecticut”), brings this appeal from a final judgment of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut (Kreehevsky, C.J.) granting the trustee-appellee, Anthony No-vak (“Novak”), possession of three Dodge vans as property of the debtor’s estate.
