This case arises out of allegations that plaintiff Susan Manter was the victim of physical, sexual and psychological abuse at the hands of defendant Charles Michael Abdelhad (“Father Michael”), the former pastor of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral (the “Church”} where Ms. Manter was a parishioner.
