This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Neshoba County wherein the plaintiff recovered a judgment in the sum of $787.45 against the Beserve Life Insurance Company under the terms of two policies of insurance issued to the plaintiff, one for' hospital room expense and the other for hospital and surgical expense.
