It is alleged, in the mechanic’s lien under consideration, that, by the terms of an oral contract between the claimant and the owner, the claimant was to plaster and furnish the materials for plastering nineteen dwelling houses on the south side of Walnut street west of 49th street, ten dwelling houses on the west side of 50th street between Walnut and Locust streets, one apartment house on the northeast corner of 50th and Chancellor streets, and one apartment house on the northwest corner of 50th and Locust streets, for the sum of $11,700, and that the work was to be…
