The nature and result of this suit is correctly stated in appellant’s brief as follows:
“This suit was brought by Lucy Cassidy as administratrix of the estate of Sarah J. Cassidy, deceased, against the Scottish-American Mortgage Company, Limited, and Brown Bros., a firm composed of R. L. and J. Gordon Brown, whq were the agents and representatives of the said corporation, to recover against said corporation the sum of $5911.76, alleged to be double the amount of usurious interest collected by said Brown Bros, from the plaintiff’s decedent for said corporation, and…
