The defendant is appealing from the entry of summary judgment in an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a collision between the plaintiff’s motorcycle and the defendant’s automobile. The parties filed a statement of agreed facts, in which it was agreed that the plaintiff, a resident of Connecticut, was operating a motorcycle on June 21, 1979, in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, when it was involved in an accident with a motor vehicle registered in Massachusetts and owned and operated by a Massachusetts resident.
