SOBELOFF, Circuit Judge.

The cashier of a national bank is here appealing from a conviction on two counts of an indictment charging him with having made or caused to be made certain false entries in the bank’s general ledger Cash Account in violation of Title 18, section 1005 of the United States Code. The appeal is based on several grounds, separate but related. Chiefly these pertain to (a) the sufficiency of the evidence to show that the allegedly false entries were, in fact, false, and to (b) the Court’s charge to the jury on the law relating to false entries.
