Defendant Abe Marrobie appeals from a decree of divorce granted to tbe plaintiff, wbicb decree dismissed defendant’s cross bill, and defendant appeals, also, from tbe award of property to plaintiff.

Tbe parties were married July 12,1930, at Toledo, Ohio, by a justice of the peace. They have no children. The parties live in the city of Detroit, and have lived in Detroit for more than 2 years last past. They separated about July 10, 1948.
