Defendant is charged with seducing one Kate Lehr on Thanksgiving Day, 1891. The evidence to prove the act of intercourse consists entirely *461of her testimony, and it is claimed to be wholly insufficient to show the offense of seduction, and that there is no corroboration to warrant a conviction. We think the claim that the evidence does not show seduction must be sustained. The evidence of seductive arts is exceedingly light.
