Appeal from that part of an order of the Supreme Court (Dawson, J.), entered November 29, 2000 in Clinton County, which denied a motion by defendants Raymond E. Williams, Jr., and Adirondack Gardens Apartments to partially dismiss the complaint for failure to state a cause of action.
