The status of the defendants herein is shown by the various decisions in Central Trust Co. of New York v. Worcester Cycle Mfg. Co. (C. O.) 86 Fed. 35, 90 Fed. 584, 91 Fed. 212. Final hearing on bill to foreclose first mortgage of the plant of said Worcester Cycle Manufacturing Company in Middletown, Conn., made by one Boyd to the General Electric Company, and assigned for value to this complainant.
