New York Central Railroad v. Public Service Commission

It appears that on November 23, 1922, the public service commission made its order in the matter of the complaint of the town board and board of highway superintendents of the town of West Seneca, Erie county, against the petitioner herein, as to the repair of certain roadways and sidewalks in said town.
