This is a suit in chancery to set aside a deed executed by Mary Schorr, widow and devisee of Conrad Schorr. Conrad died in 1903 and at the time of his death owned the land involved. Conrad and Mary had no children. By his will Conrad bequeathed the sum of five dollars to the child or children of his deceased brother Wilhelm, the same amount to the child or children of his deceased sister Anna, and the same amount to the child or children of his deceased sister Kunigunda.
