The appellants, Michael J. White, Thomas L. White and Charles A. White are co-partners trading as White Brothers, and they have a sales agency for automobilep at Westemport, Allegany County. The appellee, Lottie Parks, and her husband, James Parks, lived across the Potomac River from Westemport in Piedmont, West Virginia. Charles A. White, one of the partners, learned that the appellee and her hus band bad under consideration the purchase of an automobile, and went to their home on Sunday afternoon, September 26th, 1926, for the purpose of showing the operation of an automobile, in order to…
