POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

David Seaman appeals an adverse summary judgment in favor of CSPH, Inc. on his American with Disabilities Act, Title VII, and Family and Medical Leave Act claims. For the reasons assigned, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

Seaman was employed by CSPH, which owns and operates 32 Domino’s Pizza stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He began as a driver, entered the management training program and rose in the company ranks, first becoming an assistant manager and then a store manager in November 1995.
