FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND OPINION

FINDINGS:

1. On Jan. 30, 1981, defendant Ana J. De Jesús Sáez (hereinafter “De Jesús”), filed a case under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. § 1301 et seq. On that date, De Jesús was the registered owner of real property located at AK-46, Estancias Río Hondo, Bay-amón, Puerto Rico.
