MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

Stillwater Liquidating LLC (“Appellant”) appeals from a December 7, 2015 Order of the United States Bankruptcy *44Court for the Southern District of New York (“Bankruptcy Court”), which denied its motion to find void ab initio a February 11, 2013 Georgia court order (“Foreclosure Order”) and subsequent transfers of real property. Appellant claims that the Bankruptcy Court erred because the Foreclosure Order and subsequent transfers violated the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).
