MABRY, Chief Justice.

Appellants sued to recover damages in common law for'personal injuries allegedly sustained by the minor, Ted M. Benson, Jr. through the negligence of appellee,- the employer. The complaint undertook to set forth two causes of action — the first on behalf of the minor himself for personal injuries allegedly sustained, and the second on behalf of the minor’s parent to recover damages for loss of services and for medical expenses incurred during his minority.
