In this proceeding a final decree is sought as well as the fixation of the fees of the attorney for the executor, Scott. Objections have been filed to the account of proceedings by the *792committee of the incompetent widow, the sole legatee and devisee under said will.
The will of the decedent was filed for probate January 29, 1932, and the petition for probate by Millie Scher, the widow, was filed February 15, 1932, with citation returnable March 4, 1932.
