Matthew W. Smith appeals the circuit court’s judgment finding him guilty of possession of child pornography. Smith raises four points on appeal. First, Smith argues that the circuit court abused its discretion in overruling his objection during the State’s closing argument because the State misstated the law regarding pornography. Second, Smith argues that the circuit court plainly erred in permitting the State to introduce into evidence testimony from a detective stating that he pulled twenty-one images of “child pornography” off of Smith’s hard drive.
