MEMORANDUM OPINION
ELIZABETH L. PERRIS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Plaintiff in this proceeding, Pacific Western Bank, seeks to bar the discharge of the Debtor, Jesse A. Johnson, 1 pursuant to the provisions of §§ 727(a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4) and (a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code. 2 At trial, the Bank presented extensive evidence concerning the Debtor’s financial activities during the year proceeding the filing of the bankruptcy petition, and of the disappearance of a large sum of cash during that time.
