Plaintiff Schering-Plough Healthcare Products, Inc., (“Schering-Plough”) appeals from an order of summary judgment for defendants, NBD Bank (“NBD”) and NBD Bank Dearborn (“NBD-Dearborn”), in this breach of contract action.
