On February 27, 1941, a rule was granted upon defendant to show cause *297why plaintiff should not be permitted to enter judgment upon the judgment exemption note hereinafter referred to. The petition alleged that on September 5, 1929, defendant borrowed $1,000 from George E. Wylie and, as evidence thereof, executed and delivered to him a judgment exemption note dated September 5, 1929, payable one year after date, with interest at 5% percent per annum.
