It appears from the record: That April 1, 1893, the defendants Henry and Ernestine Muth executed and delivered to the plaintiff a mortgage, to secure an indebtedness of $10,000 and interest, upon three separate pieces of real estate, one known as the store property, another as the homestead, and still another as two lots. That, default having been made in the payment, this action for the foreclosure of the mortgage was commenced January 28, 1895. That such proceedings were had therein that judgment was entered upon the default of all the defendants, April 18, 1895, for $10,740.60. That…
