On May 13, 1915, certain lands situated in Sangamon county belonging to John S. Level were sold pursuant to a decree of foreclosure rendered by the circuit court of that county. No redemption was made from such foreclosure sale within twelve months. On May 13, 1916, the following unsatisfied judgments against Level were of record in the office of the circuit clerk of Sangamon county: First, a judgment in favor of John C. Chrystal for $1529.70, recovered in the circuit court of Cook county December 7, 1912, a transcript of which judgment was filed in Sangamon county December 14, 1912; second,…
