OPINION

This is an action by a national bank to recover the sum of $65,594.40 under insuring clauses B and E of a banker’s blanket bond. Plaintiff, Calcasieu-Marine National Bank of Lake Charles, (hereinafter referred to as “CalcasieuMarine”), is a national banking association organized under 12 U.S.C. § 21 et seq. and is domiciled at 844 Ryan Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
