PRICE, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from the denial of the writ of error coram nobis.

Petitioner entered a plea of guilty to a charge of second degree forgery and was sentenced to a term of two years in the penitentiary. He requested and was granted probation. Subsequently, his probation was revoked and he began serving hiá sentence.

Appellant contends in brief:
