This action was commenced in the court below for the purpose of subjecting certain real estate, the legal title to which was in the defendant, Fannie Guión, to the satisfaction of a judgment against Davis Guión, and in favor of the plaintiff.
The defendants, Davis Guión and Fannie Guión are husband and wife.
The property was purchased on the 17th of March, 1903, at which time Davis Guión was indebted to the plaintiff in the sum of $751.57.
