MEMORANDUM

DAVIS, District Judge.

This is an appeal from two orders of the bankruptcy court by the debtor, Brian J. Thompson. This Court sits as an appellate court in review of orders of the bank*613ruptcy court. Fed.R.Bank.P. 8001. The Court has jurisdiction to hear this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a). No hearing is necessary. Fed.R.Bank.P. 8012; Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md.2001). For the reasons set forth herein, I shall affirm the orders of the bankruptcy court.
