Andre Rene Mobley appeals from the judgment of sentence of six months probation and a concurrent sentence of ten days intermediate punishment imposed by the trial court following his conviction of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(a)(1), driving under the in- fluenee (“DUI”) general impairment. 1 We affirm.
