OPINION

In this appeal, Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC (“Ford”) seeks reversal of an order entered sua sponte by the bankruptcy court disapproving an attorney certified reaffirmation agreement entered into by Ford and Sean Brant Morton (“Debtor”). 1
I. ISSUE ON APPEAL
The issue presented by this appeal is whether the bankruptcy court erred in sua sponte disapproving the attorney certified reaffirmation agreement between Ford and the Debtor as not in the best interest of the debtor.
