Plaintiffs instituted this declaratory judgment action challenging the constitutionality of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Chicago, as it applies to their subject property, and requesting that the trial court enter a decree permitting them to construct a gasoline filling station on the premises. The trial court, sitting without a jury, entered a final judgment order finding the ordinance valid in its application to plaintiffs’ property and entered judgment for the defendant. Plaintiffs appeal. No questions are raised on the pleadings.
