Smith, Judge.

Keith J. Hicks was charged by accusation with driving under the influence, OCGA § 40-6-391 (a), and speeding, OCGA § 40-6-181. He appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence.

1. Hicks asserts the general grounds. The arresting police officer testified he was on patrol when he observed Hicks’s vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed, paced his vehicle for one-quarter to one-half mile, and determined the vehicle was traveling at a speed of 50-52 mph in a 35-mph zone.
