Hsi Sheng Liu (petitioner) seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ affir-mance of an immigration judge’s denial of his application for suspension of deportation. In support of his appeal, petitioner argues that the immigration judge’s decision to deny his request was flawed because the judge 1) misunderstood petitioner’s financial situation; 2) failed to consider hardship to petitioner’s minor son (a United States citizen) caused by separation should he be left behind; and 3) refused to allow petitioner to present all of his proffered witnesses.
