Appeal from an order of the District Court of Hennepin County dismissing a petition for writ of error coram nobis.

An information was filed in said court September 27, 1954, charging petitioner with the crime of forgery in the second degree. He appeared *7for arraignment on the same date. The record discloses the following proceedings:
