HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Edmund Louis Long Turkey pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual abuse, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(a) (2000). Over his objections, the district court 1 enhanced his offense level by two levels for causing serious bodily injury to the victim, pursuant to U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual § 2A3.1(b)(4)(B) (2001), and by two levels for restraining the victim, pursuant to USSG § 3A1.3.
