delivered the' opinion of the court:

This is a consolidated case, consisting of nine appeals from the judgment of confirmation entered August 4, 1906, in the county court of McLean county, being docket Nos. 5072, 5073, 5074, 5075, 5076, 5077, 5078, 5079 and 5080 in this court. Appellants in these nine cases asked to be allowed to appeal jointly, but this motion was denied. Each then appealed separately. The records in all these cases as to the questions raised on this hearing are identical. The cases were consolidated, on motion, in this court.
