This appeal involves a dispute concerning the distribution of certain partnership assets precipitated by the withdrawal of one of the partners of a law 'firm. The issue presented for review is whether the departing lawyer is entitled to a percentage share of the firm’s total assets in addition to the net profits specifically referred to in the partnership agreement between the lawyer and the firm.
