Personal Restraint Petition of Jose Leonel Mendez Moncada

¶1 This action came before a panel of this court on the respondent’s motion to modify a commission er’s ruling refusing to strike hearsay from a declaration filed in support of a personal restraint petition (PRP). In order to provide guidance to other petitioners, we exercise our discretion under RAP 17.6(b) to explain our ruling by published opinion. The motion to modify is granted.
