IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF KANSAS No. 127,414 In the Matter of D.J. SYLLABUS BY THE COURT 1. If the State proves by a preponderance of the evidence that a juvenile offender committed a new offense or violated at least one condition of the juvenile sentence in an extended jurisdiction juvenile prosecution, the court must revoke the juvenile sentence and impose the original adult sentence.
