'Sutton, J.

1. This was a suit on an account running from November 10, 1925, to June 11, 1932, inclusive, with items debited and credited thereon during this period. The present suit was filed December 7, 1932. The plaintiff can not recover for any items due and unpaid on this account prior to December 7, 1928; but the items of indebtedness entered and due on the account since that date are recoverable.
