Jerry Thornton appeals from an order of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission denying him benefits for a back injury alleged to have occurred in the scope of his employment with appellee Darrell David Bruce. The only issue presented on appeal is whether the administrative law judge erred in refusing to allow appellant’s wife to testify as a witness. We affirm.

In December 1, 1988, the administrative law judge ordered that lists of witnesses be provided to the Commission and opposing counsel no later than January 15, 1989, and that all depositions be completed…
